Height Adjustable & Fits Most Beds

The handle height can be adjusted from 43cm (17 inches) to 50cm (19.7 inches), and the leg height can range from 30cm (11.8 inches) to 47cm (18.5 inches). This bed rail fits single, full, twin, queen, king-sized beds, and can be installed on either side of the bed. It provides reliable support for the elderly, pregnant women, individuals with disabilities, and post-operative patients. Compatible with bed frames from 11.8 inches to 18.5 inches in height and most mattresses under 19 inches.

The addition of legs provides floor support, making the frame more stable. It can support up to 350 pounds and uses a flat tube design to reduce gaps between the bed sides and mattress, ensuring a smooth and comfortable sleep. Two hanging rings on the bracket fix a 157.4-inch/4M strap, improving stability and preventing wobbling.
